CRYSTAL CRAFT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Crystal Craft provides the best possible service to ensure products, goods, and services are delivered efficiently, in excellent condition, and meet industry standard tolerances. By placing an order with Crystal Craft, the customer is accepting these Terms and Conditions which are subject to change and will be posted online in the event of any adjustments that need to be made. Please read our Terms and Conditions below to ensure you are up to date with our company policies. 

PRICING 

Crystal Craft prices are subject to change. All pricing is in U.S. dollars $. Any adjustment in pricing is the sole discretion of Crystal Craft and any errors may be subject to correction whether written or photographic in nature. 

TAXES 

Appropriate sales tax is added to online orders upon checkout. This is listed as an individual line item. Crystal Craft collects sales tax on pre-shipping totals for shipments in the United States. If you are not subject to sales tax and have a resale certificate or tax exemption form available, this must be provided before or during the time of purchase for tax exemption. This is the sole responsibility of the customer to inform Crystal Craft either before or during the time of purchase. We do not refund sales tax. You may file for a refund when preparing your BOE sales tax filing if your Sales Tax Exemption form is not submitted in time. Government and Military purchases may be tax exempt, reach out to us directly to submit these orders manually. 

Resale and distribution accounts must register an account with Crystal Craft before the time of purchase. Please contact us directly if you wish to be established as a reseller of Crystal Craft products. Resale certificates are saved to your account, if a new account is created, then a new resale certificate must be submitted. 

PAYMENT PROCESSING 

Crystal Craft accepts U.S. billing address credit cards only. PayPal is also accepted online. All payments are due in full at the time of online order. If orders are placed separate from our online store and rather directly through the Crystal Craft sales and support staff, we accept the following payment terms: U.S. dollars, check, money order, wire transfer / ACH, and credit card (subject to 5% transaction fee). Any errors in the payment information regarding the billing address, name, credit card info, contact info, etc. may delay order processing. If these issues occur, Crystal Craft will contact the customer to resolve any issues that may arise.  

ORDER PROCESSING 

Orders processed through our online store and submitted to Crystal Craft will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. These orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. If any items are not in stock or an issue arises in processing of the order, we will contact you and advise you on how to proceed further with the order. Sheets, rods, or tubes that require cut-to-size machining to your desired specification, please allow one extra business day to prepare your order and ship. In the event any of our custom manufactured product lines are not available, we will reach out and advise of the estimated lead time to ship the product with active communication throughout the process. Any order that is placed on hold to await confirmation or additional information required from the customer, Crystal Craft will contact the order owner by email, and/or phone, if available, for directions on how to proceed further. If no response is received by the customer in a timely manner, the order may be voided.

BACKORDERS  

Some items may not be available to ship immediately and subject to backorder. If any items ordered are out of stock, Crystal Craft will attempt to contact the customer and advise them of the backorder and create a suitable solution to meet the order request. Alternative items may be suggested or waiting for the out-of-stock item to become available and shipped once ready are typical solutions. Some items are custom manufactured and stocked, but a high demand may leave these items unavailable during certain peak seasons or events. Crystal Craft will maintain open communication with the customer to ensure efficient delivery and order fulfillment of all items. Raw material items such as plastic sheets, rods, tubes, plastic polish, and scratch remover items may ship within 1-2 weeks but may be cancelled and a refund requested in writing prior to items being shipped. All custom manufactured item sales are final. This includes cut-to-size materials, boxes, domes, furniture, fabricated, and thermoformed products. MATERIAL CERTIFICATIONS 

Material certifications are available upon written request. Please contact Crystal Craft at the time of the order with your certification request. Acquiring the certification may increase the lead time to ship the items ordered.

PLASTIC MATERIAL NOMINAL SIZING INCREMENTS 

Plastic sheets, rods, tubes, blocks, and other cut-to-size products are manufactured and stocked with standard stock sizes. Some of these items may be cut-to-size from smaller or larger sheets with a saw blade tolerance of .125” from the blade path when cutting. These will all come nominal in size. For example, a 24” x 24” sheet, after cutting, would be 23.875” x 23.875” or a 48” x 48” sheet after cutting would be 48” x 47.875”. The same nominal sizing applies to rods, tubes, blocks, and other trimmed products. The saw blade path tolerance will affect the nominal sheet size so keep this in mind when providing a cut sheet to Crystal Craft. 

ORDER DISCREPANCIES, ISSUES OR DAMAGES 

Crystal Craft safeguards all products are packaged securely and with adequate packaging materials for safe delivery to our customers. If an order shipping via courier arrives damaged upon receipt, the customer must document at the time of delivery with photos and written notice to Crystal Craft within 3 business days of receipt. It is the responsibility of the buyer to properly document and keep all damaged products and shipment contents until the claim is submitted and a written resolution is provided by the shipping courier.  These damaged items and shipment contents may be requested and made available for inspection by the shipping company. Without these items, the claim will be denied. Refunds for any damaged goods will not be issued until the claim is approved and completed with the shipping courier. This process can take up to 90 days for a resolution to be made.  

SHIPPING OPTIONS 

Crystal Craft offers small parcel shipping options to the domestic U.S.A that meet FedEx, UPS, and USPS dimensional and weight requirements. Terms of shipment are considered FOB origin unless otherwise specified. Any international orders inquiries need to be handled by Crystal Craft and the customer through direct communication verbally and written apart from our online store. We do not handle any freight scheduling; everything is customer routed through the couriers they are set up with. Crystal Craft is not responsible for any order delays from the wrong shipping method selected or delays in delivery by the 3rd party shipping courier. All transit times are estimated based on the delivery location and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Expedited shipping options are available as necessary. If anything is required sooner than the delivery dates estimated by the shipping couriers, the customer must contact Crystal Craft directly, in writing and our team will determine the best-case scenario to meet your deadline needs. Orders that do not meet standard courier shipment sizes are available to be picked up from Crystal Craft via will call from our warehouse. Items can be prepared loosely for the customer to handle and pick up at their leisure during our standard operating hours.  

ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNS 

Any online orders must be cancelled in writing and acknowledged prior to shipment. The responsibility of the order being cancelled and confirmed relies on the buyer. If the cancellation is confirmed by the Crystal Craft support team prior to shipment, a refund / credit will be issued within 3 business days to the card on file. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please allow a few business days for the credit card companies to issue the funds back to your card as Crystal Craft is not responsible for the length of time it takes to post to the customer’s account.  

If any products are received and considered to be non-conforming, unacceptable, unusable, or not within desired specifications, the buyer must send a written response to Crystal Craft requesting a return merchandise authorization within 30 days of receipt. When the written request for a return is received, Crystal Craft will provide the buyer with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form & number to complete and return to Crystal Craft filled out completely. All items must be returned to Crystal Craft in good working, re-sellable condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and fees linked to returning all goods, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. If Crystal Craft does not receive a written request for a return within 30 days, then the order is deemed acceptable by the buyer and a return after the 30-day period will not be accepted.  

Once Crystal Craft receives all of the returned goods with the RMA documentation, all items will be inspected for any damages that may have occurred in shipping and transit. If everything returned is in re-sellable condition, then a refund will be issued to the card on file. We will not provide refunds for damaged goods from mishandling in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company they used to get reimbursed for all damaged materials from transit.

If a shipment is refused by the buyer and the goods sent back to Crystal Craft, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Crystal Craft. This fee is non-negotiable and will be charged to the card used for the order or stored on file. Do not refuse a shipment to cancel an order as this will incur additional costs which will be billed to the customer.

Shipping costs for refused, cancelled, or returned orders are non-refundable and will not be credited back to the buyer. Any orders cut-to-size are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS & SERVICES 

Crystal Craft does not accept the following goods and services for return or refund:  

o   Cut-to-size products: sheets, rods, tubes, panels, blocks, etc.

o   Shipping, freight, transit, or any other services / fees related to shipment of items

o   Custom manufactured goods: boxes, domes, globes, furniture items such as tables, chairs, stands, podiums, etc.  

Custom manufactured items, either fabricated or thermoformed, are made based on specific requirements by the customer. The buyer accepts all risks with these items tailored to their needs.

Crystal Craft cannot be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages or “acts of God” arising from these transactions.
Crystal Craft warrants that all goods are properly quality controlled and shipped according to our written specifications. Customer is responsible for checking all materials once received and properly documenting any issues that may arise after delivery by third party couriers.

Crystal Craft collects information entered with each order and will not sell nor trade your personal information per our Privacy Policy.

By ordering from Crystal Craft, our Terms & Conditions, warranties, and policies are agreed upon between both the seller (Crystal Craft) and the buyer (Customer).

Refusal of our Terms and Conditions does not warrant a refusal or cancellation of an order.
