Crystal Craft was contracted to design, engineer, and manufacture a custom clear acrylic diamond sculpture engagement ring within record-breaking time (only 3 business days!) for a viral trend on social media portraying larger and larger diamond rings.

The experts at Crystal Craft were at it again with a crunch-time, project- saving, rush production run performed all on overtime hours to produce over 100 different size acrylic lighting diffusers for Electric Daisy Carnival 2025 in Las Vegas, NV! A 6 week standard lead time, produced all on overtime to in a week turnaround to save the customer and their rush build request for the event.

Crystal Craft manufactured the custom black/white square acrylic lighting diffusers that surround the 9 contestants for the hit TV game show Hollywood Squares in expedited fashion to meet the producers demand to start filming at the end of 2024. The show aired in January 2025.

The fabricators and engineers of Crystal Craft partnered with a local metal fabrication company to produce 2 x 9ft tall x 7 ft wide acrylic sculptures fit to the inside dimensions of the metal frames provided. The numbers were bonded together with nearly invisible seams by our expert process of museum grade bonding and polishing processes. The sculpture was on display for the Willie Mays celebration of life ceremony held at the SF Giants stadium in June 2024 to honor the passing of one of baseball’s greatest players.

With the deadline fast approaching for the grand opening of the Sphere in Las Vegas, NV, Crystal Craft was contracted to manufacture 8 black acrylic pedestals to house clear acrylic globes bonded with virtually invisible seams to showcase industry leading AI tech and 3D holographic image projecting. The project was a 6-8 week quoted lead time, Crystal Craft expedited it in only 2 weeks and delivered early for the event!

Crystal Craft was contracted to fabricate custom extrusion tooling to produce over 1,000 ft of clear acrylic lighting diffusers for a local lighting manufacturer. They were tasked with producing the lighting fixtures in the Fountainebleau Hotel in Las Vegas, NV in May 2022. The hotel later opened in December 2023 for guests from around the world visit and take in the beauty of the the various attractions throughout the casino.

Crystal Craft collaborated with architects and interior designers to produce a 42 ft high, 16,000 bottle holding, 4 story wine tower at the Aureole Restaurant (closed as of 2023) in the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. This was a 6 month quoted lead time, manufactured on 3-shift schedules becoming a 6 week lead time expedited WAY ahead of schedule and delivered a few days early and on time.

Crystal Craft, partnered with a local lighting manufacturer that supplies Universal Studios with various lighting fixtures for their theme parks all over the world. We manufactured acrylic globes, stars, question mark cube boxes, bollards, domes, mushrooms and other custom acrylic lighting diffusers for Bowsers castle and other fixtures around the theme park exhibit. Perry Youssefy, and his team of industry leading experts in the craft of fabrication and thermoforming of acrylic, manufactured a full scale 1-to-1 replica Harley Davidson Motorcycle, with all moving parts. All sketches, schematics, drawings, etc. were all hand-drawn before the advent of CNC machinery and manufactured piece by piece with hand tools, saws, routers, jointers, and sheer will power to make a one-of-a-kind acrylic motorcycle. It was later sold for auction to a private investor where remains displayed for all to witness its beauty and craftsmanship.

Crystal Craft was considered an essential business during the 2020 pandemic and remained open manufacturing (PPE) personal protection equipment. During this time, a local interior designer reached out with an elementary hand sketch on a piece of notepad paper with an idea to create an homage of a glass Lalique table which he wanted to manufacture in clear acrylic. No CAD drawings were provided to Crystal Craft, yet we reverse engineered and designed the entire table from scratch, start to finish, from the custom mold design, trim jig, engraving, leaf patterns, leaf knobs, curvature, base detail, etc. Everything was created entirely from scratch with only a photo image for reference and a hand sketch of rough overall dimensions desired. The masterpiece that later came to fruition, after having no guidance or solid files to work with, truly became a masterclass in R&D, manufacturing, execution, and finishing. From the time the notepad sketch was provided, to the finished piece getting installed in the home, only took 4 months and was a true testament to the ingenuity and craftsmanship of the Crystal Craft team!

Crystal Craft was contracted and trusted with the production order of over 4,200 custom acrylic display cases which required several tight tolerance manufacturing processes including heat bending, fabrication, laser metal plate engraving, silk-screening, and fitment testing. This 4-6 month quoted purchase order was produced in half the time on 1st and 2nd shift schedules to accommodate a rush deadline to meet the demands of the customer and their anniversary party. The order was a massive success for the Crystal Craft team.

It’s not everyday you get a request like this one… Back in May 2024, Butch stopped by our office with a request, straight out of a sci-fi movie. The task, cast his real-life, in-the-flesh, cracked hip bone that was surgically removed and replaced with a new one. He wanted it casted in clear resin to eventually make it into a rainstick shaker staff with lights and beads. After much deliberation, we concluded that we could cast the bone but it would more likely than not, have some bubbles or inclusions after casting due to the various bone materials and solutions that may interact during the casting process. Butch was thrilled when the final casting was unveiled and sure enough, there was a bubble inclusion that gave the finished piece the obscure, original look he desired.
